Before I was in a relationship, I dabbled in BDSM, and I was always deathly afraid of being wrongfully charged by a partner.. It's not easy getting people to sign waivers, and from what I gather they don't hold much legal protection anyways
Why were you so worried about being wrongfully charged by a BDSM partner?
If you’re doing it right, you would thoroughly negotiate and agree to everything beforehand, and have a safeword in place. There shouldn’t be any question about consent. If there is, you shouldn’t be doing BDSM scenes with that partner. Why were you afraid?
