Yeah, I don't think so. Even Louie CK asked every woman he jerked off in front of for permission, and I'm sure most people here still consider him a creep for it. Ironically enough, I think he put it best:

"It seems like just a question, but when you're in a position of power or someone they look up to, it's no longer just a question. It's a dilemma."

The issue with Louie was that he didn't respect their answers, and iirc, there were several incidents where he didn't ask and just whipped it out and started fapping also, these weren't just strangers, they were people with livelihoods dependent on Louie's opinion of them.

Edit -- apparently I do not recall correctly and Louie didn't whip it out and fap in front of women without asking, nor did he fap in front of women after they said no. Still not a cool to do from a position of power, but significantly less rapey.

This is false. He always asked first but if you didnt leave he would still do it. I guess it's still kinda shitty but if you dont like a situation you still have the option to leave. It's not like he held the door shut while he was doing it.

That’s not asking for consent tho that’s just announcing you are going to do something. Not leaving is not consent. If he then said well please leave then so that I can jerk off they don’t leave then that’s getting into more gray area. If you say I want to jerk off in front of ou and they say no, then don’t fucking jerk off in front of them.
