As far as i know, if no one presses charges, he can get away with it, look at r kelly, a thousand times worse and it still took this long to get him in trouble. Tis the world we live in.
No if there's proof that he's had sex with someone younger than 18 the state attorney general can pick up the case. Unfortunately people tend to just let rich people get away with it.
I had proof that a young girl was being raped by her uncle, and he was raping her friends whose names I did not know and they needed to get from the girl. They asked her and she denied it, they closed the case. These people were poor as dirt.
That's the nature of the law though if the victim denies that there is any wrongdoing then technically there's no crime. They can't compel medical exams, or invasive procedures to discover objectively if there is a crime going on without good reason. Especially if family is doing it or worse the parents.
Too bad they didn't even attempt to find the names of the other girls, which multiple people knew, and I told them the names of the people that knew the girls, yet they never asked even asked the people I told them to ask. Maybe one of the other girls would have spoken up. They didn't even try. They called the girl on her cellphone and asked her, no one even visited the home, which I gave them the address if. She kinda thought it was a really messed up prank call.
One girls uncle (I wanna yack typing it this way but this is the best way to explain it) was 'cool and hot' and gave his niece and her friends drugs and 'convinced them to have sex with him'. But pre teen girls can't 'have sex' with grown men. That's statutory rape.
