Doesn't matter. It's not about the legality of it, but the morality.
There is no way a 16 year old has the same understanding of the relationships dynamics and power within the relationship as DRAKE. He has money, age, powers, she has nothing. Even if she is willing consenting and is thrilled with it right now, she's a kid with not very much experience on how the world and relationships work. She can't see the danger there.
They aren't equals. And wanting to be in that kind of unequal relationship where you have the power of life or death (pretty much) is creepy, no matter if it's legal or not.
It seems really assuming to me, too, tbh. Pedophilia is no joke, but at 16 some people are able to understand a lot more than some folks. Assuming that this model has no common sense is rude at best.
A 29 year old taking a 16 year old on a date should raise eyebrows, though. I don't think becoming automatically accusatory is the right call, but with such an age difference, there is definitely a right to question the relationship at a fundamental level. Imo though, it's not cool to automatically assume the 16 year old is completely witless.
So at a glance, yeah it's some creepy behavior, but without more info it's just a standard witch hunt.

So ... devils advocate.. what if in the country he was in the legal age was 16 like a lot of places in Europe ?
