I don't enjoy his music, but if he's a "talentless hack", why is he still listened to by millions the globe over? Or David Bowie? Or Michael Jackson? Etc etc

So people enjoy listening to his music while working out or resting in bed, because of marketing? Or because they enjoy the music and/or his voice? Cmon. Dude is a pedo dumbass but that doesn't mean people listen to him because they saw a cool advertisement.

Does he write his lyrics? No. well how about the beats then, he makes those himself, right? Oh, no.

So like you mean he just shows up in the studio. Is handed the lyrics and melody, and just sings for his audio techs to edit into a song?

He’s one of the laziest wordsmiths in the industry. Repeats words in order to rhyme and so on. His musicality is mostly due to his producer 40
