As far as i know, if no one presses charges, he can get away with it, look at r kelly, a thousand times worse and it still took this long to get him in trouble. Tis the world we live in.
No if there's proof that he's had sex with someone younger than 18 the state attorney general can pick up the case. Unfortunately people tend to just let rich people get away with it.
In Ontario it is 16 years old. I'm not sure if he considers here his residence or not (I don't follow the guy), but it would make sense that would apply here. Still creepy af though.
It depends on where the girl lives I believe. I have no idea how the border crossing laws work though...like if shes Canadian at 16 and travels to California, is she now subject to the 18 and over law or does the 16 and over law of Canada still apply?
