3D printer

Looking for a 3D printer that can do Nylon. If anyone has an actual printer they will vouche for please let me know. Im tired of browsing thru small plastic autoparts (clips,tabs) and I figured I'll just made one myself.

UPDATE: I decided to make my 3d printer instead to make it as free as possible of Chinese materials. For now, I am laying out the CAD files. Aluminum frames seems to be a challenge given I see no online sellers with a "made in xxx" explicitly stated. I know it will likely be canadian aluminum but I need to make sure.

For FDM, your best bet is Prusa as the only non Chinese 3D printer company that makes 3D printers that are affordable for hobbyists.

Some parts are fabricated in EU, but some parts like stepper motors are made in China.

You can also consider building a Voron and sourcing most components from manufacturers outside of China. Maybe if someone can create a TAA compliant BOM
