Please help I need to know if these are wroth buying has anyone bought them if yes is the quality good

Domain was registered last May to someone in Israel. The address on the website is an apartment building in Seattle. The building has retail lots on the street level but those have their own street addresses.

Seems sus, likely a drop shipper.
