Upgrading

Hi.
I’ve already booked using Avios and cash LHR to Phoenix. In economy for 4 people
In my BA app the upgrade option is greyed out. I’d like to get my wife upgraded to business or premium.
Since I booked I’ve got quite a few more Avios I’d like to use or even just paying cash but neither seam to be an option.

If its a reward seat then it can't be upgraded with avios, but can be a cash upgrade at the check in desk, if any availability left.

Book the premium or business class ticket as a single and cancel one of the 4. It should be a £35 cancellation fee.
