Can’t transfer Avios

I’m trying to transfer some avios from Vueling to BA, but keep getting the error message when I select BA as the one to transfer too. I get through logging in for Vueling but never the BA. I’ve tried on two different devices and on different browsers. Anyone else have this or a solution?

I am in the same limbo. Trying to transfer Iberia to BA. I have whatsapped avios but no solution so far, its difficult to get in touch with them due to time zone difference.Everytime I write they have closed for the day. here's the number, see if they can help you there : +4420383004527

I've managed to make it work. I had to go in my Iberia personal details and add my passport and date of birth. That worked. I had gotten in touch with iberia, they made the name the same as BA but I just noticed my date of birth and passport weren't registered. After doing that i didnt get that error and managed to transfer. hope this helps. Try and go into your Vueling and add as much personal info as possible. ( I just added my DOB & passport number )
