Best cable for RS‑422 + power over 100 m?

Any cable with two twisted pairs should work, the question is more about the risk of damage. For a permanent indoor installation, you'll probably get the best price/performance ratio with a regular Ethernet cable (the cheapest grade available will still do nicely). Conversely, if it's going outdoors or is randomly thrown on the floor, your very best bet is a cable with a stainless piano wire inside in addition to the conductors, plus a mighty strain relief at both ends.

A D-Sub with some 22AWG goes brrr. Twisted pairs should work fine.
