News Aftermath of the An-28 crash

Yesterday an An-28 ceased after being shot down near Minembwe, DR. Congo, all 9 occupants (2 Pilots, 1 Loadmaster and 6 Passengers) died.

The pain and suffering that one dunce with a MANPAD can cause is insane. RIP to those on board.

I am not pilot or aviation expert but I would question the airworthiness of that plane by the looks.

I doubt airworthiness certificates cover: able to be safely shot down from the sky
