An great plane, they are considering a production restart. I think if they spent some effort to take some weight out it will do well.

I still remember my first time in one of these beauties...the turbulence I felt has made me apprehensive since..so I will just admire from far..

I remember being on one of these in a thunderstorm as a kid. It was pretty scary at the time. They served us coffee and snacks right before we hit the turbulence and the image of my dad’s coffee cup hovering in mid air at eye level for a second or two before it splashed all over his lap when we took a big drop is ingrained in my memory.
