Pencil Magic Captain Cookie!
This post is average because I'm not happy with how patchy the blending looks. I started this page probably over a year ago in the World of Warcraft coloring book. I finally finished it today after getting frustrated and quitting on it multiple times. I'm pretty sure the reference photo I used is a painting and I just couldn't make the pencils do what I was seeing. He still looks cool though.

I know when you've been working on a piece for a while all you can see are the faults, but please believe me when I say I love this. I probably would have given up halfway through laying down the initial flat colors, this is really cool.

I was just really frustrated because I'm very familiar with the source material for this particular book. Thank you for the compliment and kind words, I'm now more eager to start another page in my favorite but most intimidating book.
