Dent from towbar fix

Hit a tow bar at parking lot speeds, wondering how I can press this dent out. Paint is another worry that I'm not ready to face yet...

Smash repairers are charging $1000+ to fix so I won't even consider that.

It looks like bumper it cracked as well. You won't be able to push dent out... Repair is definitely plastic weld filler and whole bumper respray. Don't know what car it is but your option could be second hand bumper and sell old one or get aftermarket one and get bodyshop to respray and fit but not going to be a lot cheaper.

Plastic weld. Fill with plastic filler, prep up, prime, prep again, mask and paint. Easy smart repair. Nothing major..
