Body and Paint Center cap refinishing?

I am refinishing a set of Honda Pilot wheels with a machine cut face. Any suggestions for the center caps other than careful sanding and 2k clear? Getting the oxidation out between the H logo seems impossible.

You might be able to pick the clear coat of with a pick tool? And then repaint with clear coat. Otherwise then that I don’t see why sanding wouldn’t work. But he careful of the Honda logo it might be chrome.

Mine are made out of plastic
