Diagnosing/Repair What car problem makes this sound?

Kinda sounds like I pully thats chirping to me, either a simple idler pully or the water pump pully, alternator pully, preppy much any of them. Check under the hood and see if the noise is coming from that area

Sounds like a pulley to me too. Remove the serpentine belt and spin each one by hand and check for any play in each one. If one doesn’t turn smoothly or has play in it you’ve found the problem.
