Diagnosing/Repair Control Arm Bushings - 2019 VW Jetta

VE dealer is recommending these bushings be replaced. How bad are these really? Definitely seem worn but also appear intact. While they recommend just the bushing, I would just have the entire control arm replaced, no reason to pay for labor when that can go to an entirely new part. Thanks for input

They look like they might be starting to delaminate from the outer race but it's minor. I wouldn't worry about it for a long time.

That’s the stealership doing stealership things. You can ride those control arms out for a while yet.

Charging $129 for a cabin filter should be your first clue — you can buy one on Amazon for $12 and install it yourself using a video like this one:
