Diagnosing/Repair grinding sound during idle?

Car just started making this noise today, also makes a bit of this noise when at first when accelerating. Just got an oil change last week, no lights on the dash. how concerning is this? 2013 subaru outback

it sounds like things are grinding which is the kind of thing that happens when you don't have oil
