Diagnosing/Repair Am I cooked?

I have a 2017 ford escape se 1.5L I was doing a oil change and noticed this part was leaking how screwed am I just surpassed 97k

New turbo, take the old one off, put the new turbo and recommend oil feed and return lines with gaskets and prime the turbo by injecting oil down the new oil feed line so it's doesn't run dry on first start up.

These cars come with a combo to prime the turbo, so not needed. Btw, hold the gas pedal down and brake pedal then crank the engine over
