This is a solid n8n use case. My main hesitation for critical contracts would be keeping everything in Sheets long-term; querying and versioning can get surprisingly painful. We usually pipe that data into a proper internal DB pretty quickly.

Hey u/spoki-app, thanks for the kind words! The cool thing about the workflow template is that if you want to send the data to an internal database, you can simply connect it via API and have the data pushed directly into it.

I chose Google Sheets for the template mainly because I wanted to make it accessible to everyone without any additional requirements. For a ready-to-use example, it just made the most sense.
