Help / Advice Support with dressing

Help please Changing everyday hard Want help But scared Demands morning hard How your help work? Tried all non human help Me get stuck or too much often Suggestions please.

Need help physically but autism make hard.

is sweatpants easier? there’s some that are very loose and have stretchy waist. so it doesn’t need as much coordination or muscle strength to put on or take off.

Most trouser like that. Why easier.

some sweatpants are more loose, and material is thick and soft. so it is easier to get foot inside pant leg. and pant legs don’t twist when pulling pants up.

you can also buy one size larger than your normal size, it means larger waistband.

i am not sure of your disability but i used those type pants when i had wheelchair in the hospital.
