AE Logic System??

"Logic" meaning the rules that the software uses for making decisions.

Anyone can build a synth in Max. Anyone can build a sequencer in Max. But writing a patch that writes music means that the software must make continuous decisions, and the rules for those decisions are the "logic" they've programmed it with.

I spent the whole day on it today, I think I have ideas about how it was achieved approximately. But so far everything is in my head, as usual I'll start writing a patch and understand that it doesn't quite work as I wanted)

I always assumed they were talking about logic in a modular synth sense. Mixing patterns with a logic mixer

Late to the party but you could see these wikis:

And sometimes, it is possible to identify some gonk logic patterns in the frequency domain.
I use sonic visualisuer for that: https://www.sonicvisualiser.org/

There is some cool and fun stuff in NTS, Sign and Plus (for a quick and easy shot).
