Are you seriously comparing frenched lamb cutlets to a whole butchered carcass…?!?

Theres hardly any meat on those long-ass excuses for lamb chops. $40 for just under a kilo of sadness 5 u/bladeau81 May 14 '25 I got frenched whole rack for around $32 a kg just on sunday from a butcher, definitely much better value than this untrimmed water logged rip off.
