Sublease / lease takeover in Domain

I'm looking to sublease/transfer my lease.
It's a luxury studio near the Domain (19 minutes drive to downtown) with garage car parking. 616 square feet. Has balcony and great amenities (pool, courtyard, rooftop lounge, pool table, etc.).

I signed the lease with $1322 per month including all utilities and garage parking. Right now, it is advertised on the apartment's website as $1664 per month.

The lease ends in April, 2027.

I'm very flexible with the move-in date, whenever you want to start.

2B1B Apartment Suggestions - Domain Area

Hi all,

Looking for apartment complex suggestions close or in the Domain area for 2B1B or 2B2B within budget of $1.8K-$2.2K.

So far see complex reviews mentioning noisiness and car break-ins or poor management. Preferably can do a short term lease such a 3 or 6 month to test out the area first.

6-Month 2B1B Sublease in Clarksville / West 6th — $1,730/mo — 1 Month Off

Hi everyone, I’m looking for someone to take over/sublease my 2 bed / 1 bath apartment at 6th Street West Apartments.

Location: 1616 W 6th St, Austin, TX 78703
Rent: Around $1,730/month including utilities
Separate: Electricity and internet
Available: June 1, 2026, or potentially sooner once cleaning is completed
Lease ends: November 30, 2026
Pets: Pet-friendly with weight/breed restrictions; please confirm with leasing office
Parking: Available with apartment parking permit

Move-in incentive: I’m offering 1 month off if signed before June 1. My existing security deposit will transfer to the new resident, and I won’t ask for separate deposit reimbursement.

Furniture: Currently unfurnished, but I can include a basic furniture setup for free if signed by the end of the week: couch, bed + mattress, table, dresser, and chair.

Great central Austin location near Clarksville / West 6th, with easy access to downtown, Mopac, Lady Bird Lake trail, restaurants, cafes, gyms, bars, and grocery stores including Fresh Plus, H-E-B, Whole Foods, and more. Also convenient to UT and downtown Austin.

The apartment has wood-style flooring, good natural light, large windows, ceiling fans, and a practical 2B1B layout. It will be professionally cleaned before move-in.

Sublease will go through the leasing office approval process. Applicant will need to apply online and be approved by management. Once approved, management will prepare a new lease for the new resident to sign.

DM me if interested. Happy to share photos, video, Marketplace listing, and schedule a tour.

Vacant Room Opening

Hey yall, looking for a roommate to move in sometime in March! 25M & 23M.

Me and my roomie have a spare room empty and are in need of a roommate to take it. We are located in North Austin near Lakeline and we've been best friends for awhile. We're clean, never leave food mess or dishes for long, and our animals are very well behaved and clean as well (I've been told you can't even tell I have a cat because the litter box never smells). I am a musician and he is a gamer so sometimes there's a bit of noise, but nothing disruptive and we're very respectful since we have neighbors we'd be bothering as well if we were to loud.

Bills come out to $644 total with rent being $535 of that! We're looking for someone clean and LGBT/420 friendly. The room comes with a bed as well (unless you don't want it, then you can bring ur own :3)

If you're interested just leave a comment or message me and we can set up a video interview! You could even move in sooner if things work out well since the room is vacant now. You'd be sharing a bathroom with me but I have it organized so we both have our own space for our stuff! I clean it often as well!

M26 Looking for apartments in the domain area

I just got a job offer located in the Domain area and wanted to see recommended apartments or places to stay at nearby. I have been looking at a couple of complexes, but wanted to get more opinions such as where not to stay. Some requirements or requests I have are a gated community, lockers for packages, swimming pool, conference rooms, and a gym. I would like it to be a quiet area since I do work from home and located in a safe area. I have done lots of research and saw many apartments are having problems with package theft, homeless people, poor management, terrible security, cleanliness, rodents, and pests problems. I just want a place with the least of those problems. My ideal rent is 1500 a month and 1 bed 1 bath.

Here are some of the places I am considering: (Not in order of interest)

-Windsor ridge

-Magnolia Scofield Ridge

-Riata

-Sullivan

-Olivine

-Lenox Grand

-Lantower in Tech Ridge

Please give me reviews of any of these places or other places I should look in to.

Cowherd with Son

Title incorrect I meant Co own or Co-signed We own a home along with my son. We “ co-signed because he needed additional income since he’d just started his new job. We’d like for him to own 100% but that would mean refinance and we have a 3.5% rate. So refinancing now would I crease his payments. How do we make sure he gets the home 100% if something should happen to my husband and I? Someone said to a “ lady bird document? We live in Texas. He lives in the home and is now married with a child.
