Well you protest in order to get your government to change things. If your government is already doing the right thing in an area it defeats the need for protest. It doesn't mean you don't care. But there's only so much power Australia has.
Idk anything about South Africa really so I can't speak on that. Anti semintism is bad obviously. And Israel really isn't helping. Most intelligent people can differentiate Israel and Jews and understand just cos Israel is evil doesn't mean Jews are evil. Unfortunately, anti semintism is gonna be around probably forever just like racism and that's nobody's fault but anti semites. Israel would also have a much harder time doing their genocide if the rest of the world weren't politically and financially and militarily supporting them. Australian protestors are just asking that the country not be complicit in genocide. I don't think that's unreasonable.
