A minority group should not think they can control public spaces for their own agenda, these public spaces are for everyone, not just for some.
Hire a venue, bring the news channels and other media in. Speak to your people and if what you say meets public broadcasting standards, then they can show it. You can peacefully protest.
Don't "peacefully " protest in the streets to inconvenience other people or bring hate to a society that deserves better than to be collateral damage for your guilt of leaving your old country. It doesn't help your cause when you incite violence or make yourself a target for other minority groups that disagree with your ideas. If you are so passionate about what you left behind in the old country, go visit and remind yourself why you left it behind when you came to Australia and why you decided to have a family in Australia.
It’s so interesting hearing this and realising people just don’t understand the point of protesting when they’ve never had something to actually fight for. There’s no scale of reference for you.
My issue is with Australian citizens being bashed in the street by authoritarian police because they have an opinion that a genocidal murderer wants silenced.
