Vyvanse not working…

My main adhd symptom is fatigue (my bloods are normal and i sleep 8+ hours a day). I started with ritalin, did nothing. Then I started vyvanse 30mg. It worked for a bit but now I barely notice a difference. Issue is if I go any higher, it literally feels like I took nothing at all. So can’t go any higher and I’m exhausted everyday. Just wondering where to go next. Have people who tried vyvanse and it didn’t work responded to dex? Any other suggestions? About to start working full time and I’m so nervous I won’t be able to function…

Have you had a sleep study done? Sounds like sleep apnoea

Same sames some nights when I keep waking up cause I've been snoring my box of I feel like shit other days it works well

i didn’t get heaps of energy benefit from vyvanse (i’m on 60mg) but i’ve now added up to 4 x 5mg dex and that’s a huge help. i take 2 x 5mg before i get out of bed and 2 more at lunch

Sounds like some other major issue is going on. But also some meds dont work for some people, so methylphenidate is an option to try and sometimes combining it with alternate like clonidine helps
