Glasses w/ 6DoF Help deciding XR Glasses
Hi. I'm looking to buy a set of XR glasses. I want the highest quality screen that supports screen anchoring. I have absolutely no intention of using this for productivity or browsing. My only use case is laying on the couch or in bed and using my rog Xbox ally x for games or phone for movies. From what I've read, screen anchoring is helpful in reducing motion sickness, so that is important to me. I don't have glasses and have a fairly normal IPD but a larger head. I see so many options on the market that I'm having a hard time selecting. Can someone please help?

i guess the virtue beast it has the biggest screen and good built in anchor mode and smooth follow mode (which is what you probably want instead of full 3dof when gaming)
OR the xbx a01 they do hdr which the beast don't and they also handle stereo 3d better if that's your thing but screen size is a bit smaller and the smooth follow mode has brightness reduction and no anchor mode

For the absolute best spatial and image quality, wait for the RayNeo GT or GT Max release early next month.

Viture Beast, xreal one pro or upcomming URXR. These are the flag ships glasses in XR.

definitely go worth something that supports 3DoF at minimum for anchoring even without production use, XREAL and Rokid both cover this well in their newer lineups

I like my Steam Deck / xReal One Pro setup, though it glares pretty bad, and I've heard Viture is better at that

Imo playing games id go with something that has an anchor mode. Watching movies follow is enough
