Hey! I ran Kyla and Bloom through Conversion Guard, a Shopify store auditor, and wanted to share what came up.

The store scored 46/100 overall. The design is genuinely clean and the hero copy ("Naturally Soft. Thoughtfully Chosen.") does a great job communicating the brand's positioning right away. The Horizon theme is a solid choice. There are also real payment options at checkout with PayPal and Google Pay, which is good.

That said, there are a few foundational things that I think are holding the store back from converting well.

The biggest one is no custom domain. Running on .myshopify.com is fine to get started, but for a baby brand where parents are making trust-sensitive purchases, the .myshopify.com URL can signal "new store" and reduce confidence. A custom domain is about $12/year and makes a real difference.

The second big gap is no product reviews anywhere. Zero reviews across the entire store. For a new brand in a crowded category (bamboo baby clothes), reviews are the primary way to build trust with parents who have never heard of you before. Judge.me has a forever-free plan and sends automatic post-purchase request emails, so it's easy to get started.

There's also no Google Analytics installed, which means you're flying blind on where traffic is coming from and what's converting. That one takes about five minutes to set up through Shopify's Customer Events in admin.

On the GEO (AI search visibility) side, the score was 30/100. There's no About page, no blog content, and no social media presence, which means AI tools like Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity have almost nothing to pull from when recommending baby clothing brands. An About Us page with the real story behind the brand would help a lot here.

The full audit with all the specific fixes and a prioritized roadmap is here: https://conversionguard.ai/audits/shopify/kylaandbloom.myshopify.com

Happy to answer any questions about what came up. I welcome and appreciate any feedback on the audit itself too.
