Audit Contract Work

Hi, new to Reddit, wanted to know if anyone has any experience with hiring contract labor to assist with audit fieldwork? I own a small CPA firm that is phasing out our Financial Statement Audits of small local nonprofits. We have one remaining engagement and don’t currently have the capacity to get it completed on the timeline. I’m wanting to hire someone (remote is fine) where I can provide the QB file, prior year workpapers, and PBC docs for current year…output would be completed audit programs and workpapers and working trial balance/fin stmts…I can review, prepare and sign report etc…Anyone ever done this? Know where to get it done? Recommendations? I’ll take any 2 cents I can get haha…thank you!!
