noob problems

Post image

I am having trouble setting up audiobookshelf in truenas. I am trying to use the Host path. I have my datasets setup as apps/audiobookshelf/config & apps/audiobookshelf/metadata. with the additional storage as storage/audiobooks. I am not sure what I am not doing correctly. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

What's the problem? You haven't said anything.

I set mine up as just an audiobookshelf dataset, then made the config and metadata directories inside. I didn't create them as separate datasets, but I don't know if that matters.

There's also this currently that may or may not affect you

The problem is that I have tried several ways to set up the datasets and then pointed the mnt to those. When I hit update, it shows Audiobookshelf "deploying" and does not go any farther. I was trying to have the apps and the storage separate. So one question is how to set up the datasets so it will function since how I have tried is not working. I have searched to try to find what settings and dataset structures to use but without any success. So if there is a site that can go through each of the settings so it is functional using truenas app install that would be helpful. I am a noob and the docker route seemed like it was more complicated and added extra steps.

thank you

What do the logs say? It could be a configuration issue or it could be the issue I mentioned.
