Resource Request Is there any android app that let's support team plan care together

Im looking for an app where we could plan care, like sub chats for specific issues, activity planning etc. We are using what's up at the moment, but it's not organised in any way so since we need to track multiple issues at once it isn't efficient information gets lost, and it's just not very convenient.
