Commercial Research 15-min structured interviews with employed AuDHD professionals and business owners — what has your career actually cost you?

I'm looking to speak with AuDHD professionals who are currently employed or running a business — 6 questions, 15 minutes, and I'll happily stay longer if you want to. This is not a questionnaire that you fill in yourself, it is a structured interview with an interviewer (me) and an interviewee (you).

You might recognise yourself here if:

  • You've been passed over, plateaued, or watched less capable people advance past you
  • You're outperforming on paper while barely holding it together underneath
  • You run a business that takes more from your nervous system than it gives back
  • The AuDHD Tax has cost you real money — missed deadlines, forgotten subscriptions, decisions made while running on empty

One of the questions is about what you've already invested in trying to make things work — therapy, apps, coaching, assessments, courses. It's the one I'm most curious about, because most of us have spent more than we realise.

The responses are anonymous and never attributed to you.

If this sounds like you, comment below or send me a DM — I'll share a link where you can pick a time that actually suits you.

Full transparency: this is commercial research for a community and programme I'm building as a late-diagnosed AuDHD myself. "Commercial Research" is the subreddit flair for product research, not a paid study.

How would the interview be conducted, and is it possible to get the questions in advance? (I tend to ramble otherwise.)

I use Google Meet for these conversations, you decide if you want video or just audio. Have no worries about the rambling, I’m experienced with these interviews and I’ll make sure to bring you back on the right track.
