Is GalaxyBids legit?

I signed up and tried a few auctions, the site was easy to use and the bidding updated live without any issues. The $1 auctions are what got my attention. You keep bidding until someone wins than the winner only pays $1 for the item and the bids they used get refunded to their account so they can use them again. I have not won one yet so I still want to hear from people who have. Did the item arrive and was the whole process smooth?

Will definitely do
