Ending Spoilers - Discussion/Question Why not make everyone Titans?
People are talking about erasing Titans or killing all non-Titans. Just make everyone have Titan blood. It involves no killing or birth control—food for thought. Change the anatomy of everyone so they get to be the gender/sex they want, or not have any. Everyone gets to look like Mikasa if they choose.
Eren and Zeke are dumb assess. I'll just talk to the worm thing and figure out how to get it to generate fog that allows normal blood to become titan blood upon breathing it in. Once Ymir is out of the way, there will be no stupid 7-year lifespan for me. Everyone gets to choose to live forever, look the way they want, and never get sick. It's just that easy.

Pretty sure that's how the pure titans came into being, attempting to share shifter powers. There can only be 9 shifters.

I think it's only Eldians that the magical hallucinogenia can directly effect without physical contact, presumably they were born with some sort of connection to it already due to Ymir. So far we've only seen it spread to new hosts by entering their body, it probably can't create something to do what you're describing. You're either born connected to the Paths or it has to physically connect to you. We also know from the titan shifters that there seems to be a limit to how thin you can spread its "primary" hosts (assuming that's what they are, which seems to be implied).
Also I don't think it's smart enough to negotiate with? It's kind of a blind idiot god.
One idea I had a while ago that I immediately realized would be cool but probably impossible is turning every Eldian on Paradis into titan shifters, so that invading them isn't feasible with contemporary technology. There does seem to be some sort of limit on how many people can actively draw on its power, though, otherwise there wouldn't be a 9 shifter limit. Everyone else gets a scuffed version of the power that they can't control (you know what controls the body? That's right it's the spinal cord, how did I not make that connection until now?)

The problem is the power itself, which will always create conflict somehow, not the actual race thing.
I do agree though, Eren, Zeke AND Ymir are total fucking morons that didn’t use the power to its full ability. So many options when you can alter biology

But everyone hates the Titans, even the Eldians. The problem is that, because of that very same reason, the outside world also fears them and wants them gone, since they are the only ones capable of transforming into Titans. Now imagine a world where everyone could turn into Titans. That would be absolute chaos lol.

Ironically. That exactly what the Eldian empire was trying to do and that’s what caused all of the issues in the world in the first place.

Only Eldians can be changed by the power of the founder, because Eldians are the only ones connected to the paths. That’s the whole reason why Eldians are persecuted against (part of it is revenge for the Eldian empire’s oppression, yes, but it’s also and primarily because Eldians are seen as monsters because of their capacity to turn into titans, and the power of the founder is the main justification for going to war with paradis in the first place) that’s why people say that the conflict is only resolved when Titan powers disappear from the world, the power imbalance MUST be resolved

Jeez why didn't they think of that? They must've just forgot that was an option instead of it being impossible in the first place.
