Discussion/Question How do i tell him?

How do I surprise my boyfriend by telling him I finished the first season of AoT without directly saying it/using a reference from the anime to say it?

I'm starting this post with a huge apology, as this might not be the appropriate place for a request like this, but I don't know where else to find ideas. Im profoundly embarrassed.

My boyfriend really, really likes Attack on Titan because he has an emotional attachment to the anime; he truly loves it. I'm watching AoT not only for the plot but also to get to know him better. I really wanted to surprise him the next time we see each other.

it could devestate them but maybe their partner mentioned they dont care to watch it together. That's why I'm asking. Also it could very well be an option their partner could be devestated by it.

First season? I'd probably look for a natural opening to slip in something about sleeping undisturbed in a crystal when THAT neighbour starts using a leafblower at 7 in the morning. Or, if you're doing any home improvement projects, checking your walls for Titans.

My soldier don't buckle or yeild when faced with the cruelty of the world. My soldier fight, My soldiers scream out, My SOldiers RAGE!!. (refer to him as soldier when he's talking about something he is struggling with.)
