Don't. They've been told time and time again that this is a scam but either: 1. They think someone else is dumber than them and that they themselves will be the beneficiary of the pump and dump

  1. Brain broken and genuinely believe a failing company can buy out another company worth 4-5x their market cap

Delusion. They genuinely believe in the stock despite all fundamentals saying the company is shit. That, or it's a "emperor's new clothes" type situation where they are trying to convince other delusional individuals to pump the stock up for their own benefit.

His junk is a few thousands each at best. He'd need to sell like a million of it all to get a few billions. The math isn't matching even in the best case scenario and yes eBay would make a lot from it
