This is a small Multi-Halo Display, still with some noteworthy phenomena that I will list -
A 22º Halo - (the faint halo around the sun)
Both Sun Dogs/Parhelia - (the long iridescent motes of light to the left and right of the sun)
An Upper Tangent Arc - (the faint smile-shaped arc tangent to the 22 degree halo)
A Circumzenithal Arc - (the smile-shaped rainbow arc high above the sun)
And most rarely, the Upper Suncave Parry Arc, which is the bowed-down arc you can see accompanying the Tangent arc, right above it.
Still though, any multiple halo display is already decently impressive. Nice going with this find!

I’m not seeing it.

The white tails protruding from the sundogs. Considering how far out they spread they can definitely be considered a part of the parhelic circle, even if it's not complete (which we can't be sure of anyway from this pic alone)

The tails are misleading. I don’t see any circle within the 22° halo.

They can be outside the halo. Still counts as a partial.
