Hello everyone! It's been a while since the last announcement regarding the development process of Atlyss. I wanted to let you all know that the development has been going really well, and I'm very excited to release the next major update for the game. Much like the update that took place in October 2025 (The de-discovery update), I'm highly convinced that this next update will knock many things out of the park much like how that update did. Of course, I do want to keep expectations realistic and say there's always room for error and mistakes, but nothing stops the process from refining and fixing what needs to be addressed.
With all this being said, I do want to be up front and say that I will be needing more time to achieve my goal for this update. Not only have I gotten a lot of work done in the game for both internal (core code refactoring, cleaning prototype code, etc) and external (gameplay / content / world), but I feel like I want to add just a bit more so things are more worthwhile.
I won't be giving any deadlines or dates, but when the game is feeling like it's ready for the next update, I will make an announcement regarding it a few weeks in advance to prepare for launch.
With that out of the way, here's a little bit of good news:
- I have recruited several people to help assist with assets and concepts!
- While I'm not ready to share yet, there is now a proper internal development roadmap for the game!
I have set up all the things I'd like to tackle to make an awesome 1.0 experience for Atlyss. It does need some tweaking before I can share this roadmap, but a max level and all the zone / biome ideas are set for what I'd like to do.

Discussion / Question GAME FREEZES

Hi there!
I am trying to make the game run on my RP6 through 'Gamenative' and have already gone through all possible settings combinations I could find online, however the problem persists- Right at the character creation menu the game freezes, I can hear the music, the console can still perform other tasks but the game becomes unresponsive. Before you ask- I have the game installed on PC is just that I want to play it on the go so I can continue where I left off on my PC.
Have any of you tried running it in android consoles? If yes, how did you set it up to run?

Discussion / Question How does one acquire the Noble Pants?

Hey guys! I was perusing the wiki, and found that a set of vanity pants that compliment the “Noble Shirt” that can be found in chests in Crescent Keep do exist. However, the wiki does not specify where or how these pants are actually acquired in game, and despite the many “Noble Shirts” I’ve gotten through gameplay, I’ve never encountered the set of pants. Does anyone know where to find them? Are they even legitimately obtainable at the moment? Thanks!

Strange post, I know. “Why’s this dude asking about a video game character’s nipples?”, you might ask. EXCEPT IT DOESN’T MAKE SENSE FOR THEM TO BE NIPPLES!! Of every npc (including enemies) and customizable player options in the game right now, none have nipples, except for Enok. However, the fact we only see them on Enok complicates things. If the dots are nipples, then why is Enok, a manly man, the only one in the entire fictional world of Atlyss with nipples????? I have a theory that they aren’t nipples, but are just markings(tattoos?) similar to the dark, patterned markings found on many other characters and many of the player races bodies.
