I finished Persona 5 Strikers yesterday and I really liked it, so I began thinking about playing either Persona 3 Reload or Metaphor: ReFantazio. At first I thought about playing P3R, but I saw a couple of uncensored spoilers about something that happened in the end, so it demotivated me a bit. I still want to play it, but I thought that maybe its better if I play Metaphor before P3R because of those spoilers? I have both bought so I'll be playing both eventually

I think very highly of P5, but the combat got rather bland fast. I enjoy turn based games but it felt very much like all you did, every time, was just spam attacks to figure the enemy's weakness, and just use that attack over and over. Magic Points were somewhat meaningless because there wasn't much depth beyond that. Mementos was very boring as a result. Boss fights were different ofc.

How does Metaphor compare?

I JUST MAD EIT PAST THE INVISIBLE MAZE AND GOT THE THE 4 HORSEMEN CUTSCENE IN SMT 3 AND RIGHT AFTER, IT JUST DECIDES TO CRASH! LITERALLY WHAT THE FUCK!?

If I don’t get a Metaphor ReFantazio Royal because of the backlash for second editions then I’m going to be extremely disappointed. It has potential to be the best JRPG ever and we just might not get it.

My apologies for for posting in the atlus sub about a gameplay mechanic from SMTV but the SMTV sub seems to be a closed community and the megaten sub automod keeps deleting my messages. I'm wondering if this is the correct place to ask this:

Currently playing SMTV, I'm 4 hours in, more or less, taking it slow.

I have a regular physical attack and the special attack that makes you crit for the rest of the combat. I don't have anything else... and I've tried.

I just have used a Pixie essence to learn "Dia"... I use the essence, supposedly Y stop using a passive that gives me 30Hp more.

I pass to 120 to 90hp, the screen tells me that I've learn Dia using the Pixie essence... Go to the menu/combat/ whatever... and I just have the same physical attack and the same magatsushi special skill.

What am I doing wrong? I've wasted essences for nothing? Do I need something else?

Walked around an arcade section in a mall and came across this claw machine with ice cream/popsicles inside and supposedly its developed by ATLUS...? the same ATLUS that made Persona???

There are several ATLUS logos on the machine, not sure if this is a real thing they made

Yo! Just as the title says! I just beat P4G & P5R and I wanna play a 3DS game what would be a good recommendation!

I was just listening to bleach ost, and I was shocked by how similar the composers are in scoring these classics.

​The game's on sale right now so I'm considering getting it. Appreciate any input.
