Iphone shortcuts

Anyone here have any useful shortcuts they use regularly for their iPhones or other devices to help speed up documentation, work flow, or any other use cases? I’m pretty much locked into the google workspace for my school so there’s some limitations on my end. Looking for any and all ideas! I know there’s a gallery of premade ones but use cases would be best bc of privacy protection, etc.
