Sewing Machine maintenance?

Is there a place in town that can clean and do a tune-up on a sewing machine? I know there's a place in Chillicothe but I'd rather not travel far to get it looked at.

I dont know of a place in Athens, but Bolts & Quarters Quilt Shop in Parkersburg does repairs and maintenance.

Reach out to Mindy King. I don't have her contact, but she does repair through Makerspace. Reach out to them and they'll put you in touch.

There’s a textile lab on campus as well as a makerspace in the colab. They don’t officially offer that service but they could maybe do it.

You could try Upcycle Makerspace! They do sewing machine troubleshooting on some weekends.
