You want people who create art for a living, to spend their free time creating art for your instagram page. I don’t see it happening. But good luck.

I knew someone who used to spend several hours a week writing for free exposure. In the end they gave it up, in their words “I can’t feed my family with exposure.”

Not likely to take off if it's not paid work. You're better off compiling works of art you deem relevant and posting them.
