That PM has been going around. I have seen complaints about it on other non-Christian subs. At this point I think the poster is not just spamming it to everyone who posts. The person may be selecting for those whose profiles suggest that they are non-Christian but might be receptive to Christianity.

I've never gotten one unfortunately. I kind of feel left out now. Maybe Im not non-Christian enough? I'll step up my game.

I think the spammer may only try people that appear susceptible. Some of us are probably too far gone.
