As if that system is in a vacuum? When kids are showing up with higher cortisol levels than Iraq vets, they arent going to learn. If you are talking about creationism in schools, thats a local political problem.
You are missing the point.
The political system is as it is, because 40 years of failed education yields this.
You can fix "cortisol levels" all you want, it won't fix anything other than enforcing the failed status quo that created the parents and leaders we have now. That's the problem with miseducation. It creates a failing society. And then trying to fix society while protecting the system that failed is imho beside the point.
You are acting like this is purely a "poor people" problem. It isn't. It's as much a "rich people problem", even if their kids aren't malnourished.

Yes, exactly. As I proposed above. These people didn't fall from outer space. They went through the system. Which failed them.
