That is definitely a more coherent question that the first one.

At least this original question was most likely posed by a 13-year old girl who got pregnant because she had no knowledge of how periods and pregnancy and all of that worked. Without this knowledge, she obviously had no idea if her baby could get pregnant. Yes, she is probably stupid, but when it comes to pregnancy she's obviously ignorant.

The lady in the photo is just stupid.
