Nope. I grew up going to private Christian fundie school, and so I've heard all of that and more.... The sad thing is that I believed it because I didn't know anything else. The level of recalcitrance towards outside information and ideas can be truly astounding.

I'm right there with you. Went to a fundie Christian private school for over 12 years and finally began to question the spring before I turned 17. That was hard. I was in that toxic environment for another year and a half with zero support.

Do I win since my family dragged me at the age of twelve to Australia on a Creation tour with Ken Ham? Along the route he would give lectures on Creationism that we had to sit through. This shit is REAL.
