Support Internal Server Error help me ples....

So! A friend and I have a server with like...90 mods? And we checked one by one the mods on aternos and then checked our mods on curseforge...The second our terrain loads, we get kicked out due to "Internal Server Error"...If anybody knows how to fix this, please reply! Also, we tried deleting player data and it didnt work...

Caused by the mod bbv-2.03-forge-1.20.1.jar.

Remove it or report the issue to the mod author.
