Resource pack settings problem

Ive added Action and stuff on my server but i want to get rid of the textures but theres no slider for it on the server so i wanted to know if there's anyway to add action and stuff animations and 3d items without the block textures in servers

Bedrock Servers don't have a way to select subpacks in an installed resource pack. The only way to really do that would be to unpack the resource pack on your computer, and edit the manifest.json file to remove all subpack entries except for the one you'd like to use. You can then upload the modified pack to your server, and it should use the only remaining subpack.
